8/12/11 Successful Grant Applications and Business Development for Swansea Watersports through the Business Sustainability Health Check

We have just heard from one of our SEACAMS Project businesses, Swansea Watersports:

"Since taking part in SEACAMS, we have taken the Business Sustainability Healthcheck from SBBS which has helped us recognise as a company areas in which we could improve, specifically sustainability. It has certainly been worthwhile and of benefit to our business."

9/08/2011 Our Business Sustainability Health Check wins more clients for Cymen

We've just received great news from one of the businesses who took our Business Sustainability Health Check in 2008:

"The Sustainability Health Check that was held with us as a company was fascinating.  The concept of sustainability was completely new to us as a company beforehand.  Following the report's recommendations, we went on to shape an environmental policy and became a fair trade company.

We are currently working towards the BS8555 2003 standard and the sustainability health check was a step towards this.  Working with SBBS has also lead to very clear business benefits for us.  Cymen has managed to win work from the sustainability check.  One client who is involved in the environmental field has chosen to use our translation services because we have shown equal commitment to the environment and sustainability.

We are therefore extremely grateful that we have been able to go through this process with SBBS"
